Since the beggining of the semester we have done basic facts. I love doing basic facts and then making a chart on how well I am doing so I can see were I have improved. At the beggining when I first started doing basic facts I would get about 80 – 90 percent but now when I look on the chart I get about 98-100 percent correct. In writing I have improved on making my poems rym {sometimes}, cut off the end of sentennces and start a new line and repetition. When I have been doing science experiments i always learned to make sure you keep and acurate experiment at all times and you have to control all of the variables at all time because if you don’t you data will be wrong. I have learned in reading how to put yourself in the characters shoes and see how you would feel in that situation. Also in reading I have learned to make good post- it notes. On post-it notes it should sometimees say either connections with a character or a place, how you would feel in that situation, why you might think your character is doing that and if you think the choices that your character made were good choices or not. In math later on in the year I have learned fractions. When I was learning about fractions I learned how to add fractions how to subtract frations and I learned about equilvalent fractions. I hope I can improve on my post – it notes because when I get sucked into a book i don’t want to stop and make a pot-it note.

Turtle Sunday »« Skpe Call with Canada
Today I woke up at 5:55 in the morning to get to school very early because room202 had a Skype call with a school in Canada. When the call started it was a lot of fun because I got to go up in front of the Skype camera and say hello in Thai to them. When I sat back down I just waited for everyone to go up to the camera. I was very surprised that after everyone went up to the camera I was asked to go up to the camera again and answer a question. My question that I had to answer was what time I had to wake up. I think that we had a very good Skype call saying that this is our first Skype call so far that we had to do.
I can’t wait for the next Skype call.

Skpe Call with Canada »« Stiches
It’s pouring down at my brother’s baseball. I am playing with my two friends under the bleachers to cover us from the rain. When one of my friends ran out from under the bleachers I ran after him to se were he was going. I stopped because one of the corner of the bleacher hit my sore head. I rubbed my head back and forth till it felt better.
I took my hand of my head when i felt a solid liquid on my hand and discovered that it was covered in blood.I was a little worried so i ran over to my dad who was watching the baseball game questioned him about my head. At first he was astonished then he tugged on my arm to pull me under cover and under some light so he could visualize how deep the cut might be before he called out for a first aid kit. Soon the first aid man had a bunch of cotton webs in his hand and was dabbing the runny blood of my head to see the cut clearly. After about five to ten minutes of dabbing blood the first aid man suggested that we put a big band-aid on the cut till they could get me to the hospital in time. By now a gigantic crowd was around me and even some of the baseball players.
My dad rung my mom up after he go me in the car and was starting to drive me to the hospital. At first my mom would not believe my dad and thought that he was joking till my grandma called her and tolled her that my dad was not joking and i was being driven to the hospital that second. My mom was so worried that she got to the hospital about the same time as i did even when we left before her.
When it was finally my turn to go into the emergency room the first thing that they did was carefully take of the bandaged that was on my head and and looked at the cut. After a long day in the emergency room i finally got home with a big sigh with delight and tiredness. Mostly because it was twelve p.m at night.
